Cutting Boards, Charcuterie Boards, etc...

Handwash ONLY

Hand wash with mild soap immediately after using and thoroughly dry. Do not submerge in water.

Store Flat

Always store in a clean, dry place where the board can be stored flat.

Oil Every 3 Months

Apply a food-grade cutting board oil at least every 3 months (or sooner, if item is used often). We recommend Walrus Oil.

Epoxy Items (alone or with wood)

Store Flat

Always store in a clean, dry place where the epoxy item can be stored flat to prevent warping of the item.

No Heat

Do not expose epoxy items to direct sunlight or heat. Hand wash in cool water with a mild soap (no harsh chemicals or abrasives). Do not microwave. Not dishwasher safe.

No Cutting

Although the epoxy we use is food grade, do not cut anything on the item. Safe for food-contact only.
